North American Committee Against Zionism and Imperialism
(NACAZAI)
For the Reunification of Yugoslavia, in the Trenches with Beloved Serbia
The North American Committee Against Zionism and Imperialism (NACAZAI), from the basis of its support of the resisting people of the world, the cause of socialism and the necessity of giving priority to the national unitary mission in nations of periphery, announces its clear and steadfast support for the reunification of Yugoslavia and the cause of defending the sacred honor and dignity of the libeled Serbian brother people.
The recent negation of the inalienable right of the Serbian people to their historic national and spiritual sites in Kosovo, the characterization of Kosovo as somewhere to which they do not belong after hundreds of thousands of Serbs were ethnically cleansed with the help of world imperialism, and the work of formally ceding Kosovo to Albanian chauvinists constitutes a grave crime against justice.
It has been said that the socialism of Tito was not a perfect model, that for every 10 great aspects it had one large flaw. However, today the people of Yugoslavia are without either socialism or even a country.
We cannot possibly accept the self-serving lines of ultra-"leftist" communists, namely Hoxhaites and western Maoists, the ever-chauvinist Croat nationalism led by neo-Nazis, nor a blind myopic Islamist distortion of the true role of Bosnia Mujahadeen terrorist groups and their shameful crimes against humanity, the distortion of events at Srebrenica, nor the collusionary role of ethnic chauvinists with imperialist occupation powers.
Neither can we accept the misguided feelings of a number of Muslims internationally, that the Bosnian “Kosovo Liberation Army” and others were a legitimate resistance force, such as our brothers and sisters resisting today in Iraq and Palestine. In fact, these forces actively colluded with American-NATO imperialism and the Zionists to fragment the anti-imperialist national unity of Yugoslavia. They committed and are committing today, systematic acts of ethnic cleansing far greater than the exaggerated claims attributed to the Serbs, volunteered their country for military actions against the Iraqi Resistance, quickly opened up normalization of relations with the Zionist entity, promote "globalization" and are active in the forced sexual slavery trade.
Today the popular classes of workers, peasants, patriotic intellectuals, students, army-men and others, strive for socialism and class emancipation, but they do not do so from thin air but with a love for the nation which gave them birth. Yugoslavia is as much a reunification struggle as the struggle of Korea or Ireland, Pan-Slavism as merited and necessary as Bolivarianism, Arab nationalism and Pan-Africanism.
We cannot allow Kosovo, with the help of fanatical Albanian sectarians and Serbian comprador lackeys, to be a tool for fragmenting this frontline struggle.
The enemy is spreading neo-colonialist "divide and conquer". We must must debunk all stories presenting imperialism and NATO as forces of "human rights" and "democracy", just as we would in Sudan or Iraq, Zimbabwe or Korea. Furthermore, we condemn all characterization of the Serbians as blood-thirsty and genocidal- these great people who refuse to surrender.
When President Saddam Hussein was alive he warned us of the dangers of sectarian division, made in his appeal to the Ummah, that it must realize the real enemy is America and the Zionist entity.
Few nations stood beside Iraq as bravely and boldly as Yugoslavia!
Who but these Serbian beloved brother and sister comrades so completely combated the embargo and conspiracies in all of Europe? We must always honor and acknowledge the refusal of Yugoslavia to develop normalized relations with the Zionist entity as a matter of solidarity with the Arabs.
Our hearts are with Yugoslavia. We sincerely hope that reconciliation brings rebirth and unitary commonality of struggle, that the cause of socialism wins victory and is not permanently defeated, and that the songs of praise between the great spiritual forces of Christendom and Islam join hands in a world of unity and independence.
