Solidarity with Mujahid Somalia, Smash Imperialism, Neo-colonialism and the International Zionist Conspiracy!

Statement by the Central Committee of the North American Committee against Zionism and Imperialism (NACAZAI) March 3, 2007

Today glorious Mujahid Somalia stands in the trenches of resistance to the imperialism, neo-colonialism and the International Zionist conspiracy in our era were the primary mode of anti-imperialist and anti-Zionist class struggle is the gun. The jihadic resistance of the Somali people is a just struggle which must be supported.

To be clear, the use of Ethopian puppet troops with the directives of the Ethiopian comprador in the anti-Somalia onslaught does not constitute a civil war between Ethiopia and Somalia, Black Africa and the Arabs, nor between the Ummah and sacred Christendom.

Regardless of the ideological and spiritual character of those forces leading the anti-occupation resistance in Somalia, ultimately this is part of a global war of attrition between the forces of unitary independence and the forces of imperialism, neo-colonialism, and Zionism. As such it must be see as a specific example of the need for a dynamic do-or-die struggle against America and the Zionist entity.

Arab nationalists have long noted the goal of the Zionist entity and imperialism to fragment the Arabism, as it does today in Morocco, Sudan, Iraq, and Somalia. In a nutshell, the enemies of humanity seek to drag the oppressed peoples into fratricidal war and spread counterproductive chauvinism.

This is in complete conformity with the wisdom of Osegeyfo Kwame Nkrumah, Sekou Turé, and a number of fathers to the Pan-African unitary mission, who repeatedly noted the sneaky and conniving nature of neo-colonialism, and that Zionism is one of today’s greatest threats against the African continent.

We cannot possibly accept the linear illogic of western leftist opportunism which requires that national liberation movement must be led by a socialist or leftist party, have a trade union character, and promote leftist and secular ideas in order to worthy of support.

The Zionist-controlled western left enjoys the dirty trick of bringing out archaic quotes from this or that revolutionary leader, lacking a proper contextualization.

Comrade Generalissmo Joseph V. Stalin recognized the use of ultra-leftist illogic to justify western leftist failure to support anti-colonial and nation liberation struggle simply because they are not led by secular leftists.

“The unquestionably revolutionary character of the vast majority of national movements is as relative and peculiar as is the possible reactionary character of certain particular national movements. The revolutionary character of a national movement under the conditions of imperialist oppression does not necessarily presuppose the existence of proletarian elements in the movement, the existence of a revolutionary or a republican programme of the movement, the existence of a democratic basis of the movement. The stuggle that the Emir of Afghanistan is waging for the independence of Afghanistan is objectively a *revolutionary* struggle, despite the monarchist views of the Emir and his associates, for it weakens, disintegrates and undermines imperialism; whereas the struggle waged by such "desperate" democrats and "Socialists," "revolutionaries" and republicans as, for example, Kerensky and Tsereteli, Renaudel and Scheidemann, Chernov and Dan, Henderson and Clynes, during the imperialist war was a *reactionary* struggle, for its result was the embellishment, the strengthening, the victory, of imperialism. For the same reasons, the struggle that the Egyptian merchants and bourgeois intellectuals are waging for the independence of Egypt is objectively a *revolutionary* struggle, despite the bourgeois origin and bourgeois title of the leaders of the Egyptian national movement, despite the fact that they are opposed to socialism; whereas the struggle that the British "Labour" Government is waging to preserve Egypt's dependent position is for the same reasons a *reactionary* struggle, despite the proletarian origin and the proletarian title of the members of that government, despite the fact that they are "for" socialism. There is no need to mention the national movement in other, larger colonial and dependent countries, such as India and China, every step of which along the road to liberation, even if it runs counter to the demands of formal democracy, is a steam-hammer blow at imperialism, i.e., is undoubtedly a *revolutionary* step.” -- J. V. Stalin. "The Foundations of Leninism," ch.vi "the national question". Published in Pravda, April-May 1924. This quote appears in "J. Stalin, Works," Moscow, Foreign Languages Publishing House, 1953. vol. 6, pp. 148-149.

Today, as Somalia’s jihadic People’s War progresses, resistance fighters carrying out a number of heroic operations, the people of the world must support them fully. Nations of the African Union must reject acting as neo-colonialist and Zionist proxies, and the cause of a world of unity and independence fiercely supported.

Long live the resistance in Somalia, Iraq, Palestine and Afghanistan!
Long live the Pan-African and Pan-Arab unitary cause!
Smash imperialism, neo-colonialism and Zionism, death to America and the Zionist entity!
